  • SHIPPING

    Shipping to Spain (2-4 days).
    You will receive your order within 2-4 full business days.


    We consider a business day to be business days from Monday to Friday, except for official holidays.


    In cases of custom-made or personalized pieces, delivery times will be variable, we will contact you to agree on the delivery date.


    The shipping cost is 15 euros (tax included).

    National shipments will be processed with Correos Express.
    Nymphea jewelry is not responsible for additional customs and duty charges, or for delays in order deliveries, due to causes beyond the control of the company or due to incomplete or erroneous recipient data.

    If you make a change to the delivery address once the order has been placed, you must notify us as soon as possible. If the package has already been sent, changing the address will list an additional cost equivalent to the shipping cost.

    We will not make shipments to a post office box.

    If you need urgent shipping, contact us to consult the conditions and rates.

  • PAYMENTS

    You can make your purchases:

    - With debit or credit card, through the Bank's virtual platform

    - PayPal payment.

    The purchase will not be considered effective until we have bank confirmation of payment.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

    Nymphaea jewelry is handmade from start to finish. i want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow a 2-3 week lead time depending on the intricacy of the design, if it's not in stock!

  • SHOP LISTINGS AND ITEM AVAILABILITY  

    Every item of jewelry I make is handcrafted by me, and made to my own designs. Due to the nature of the materials and techniques used, the majority of pieces can therefore be described as unique and 'one of a kind'. Even if I should replicate a particular design, the resulting items will often be very slightly different in one way or another. This is the advantage of buying handmade from artisans

  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Because of the handcrafted and custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    We are strict about this policy. Please make an informed purchase. If purchasing a ring know your ring
    size. If you are unsure any local jewelry store can size your finger.
    It is important to us that each and every client is happy with
    the purchase.
